What animals eat pigeons?

We all are very aware of pigeons; most of them like to use them as a pet. They like to eat all kinds of seeds and sometimes small insects too.  A home-pigeon may like to eat wheat and rice (cooked, boiled or in any shape). They also like to eat fruits like grapes and apple.  Although pigeon is a lovely bird, its waste (poop and urine) has a specific odor that is harmful not only for humans but for the other pets too.  There are many people who do not like to see any mammals, birds, or animals within their house. On the other side, there are people who do not want to kill them. But it's a natural fact every specie has some prey and some predators too.  The presence of a pigeon into your house can become a reason of disease because the place where they live will be filled with their poop and waste. Taking a breath and get into direct touch with the waste can cause serious illness. Removing the waste is not enough; you are also required to remove their odor too.  You can remove the odor by opening the door and windows so the fresh air can come in and by washing the place with bleach and water liquid.  Predators that can prey on pigeons are given below: 

Birds of prey


Hawks-
they can prey on the pigeon; from a given distance, they can see them, so for them, it is an easy task. 

Falcons
-they is also considered as the primary predator of pigeons. 

Ground predators
Predators that lived on the earth and can prey on pigeon are:

Cat
Although all cats are not predators and they do not need to kill someone because they live in the houses as a pet. But some cats would prey on them just to hunt them. Hunt is in their DNA, and there is also the chance they may prey a pigeon but later let it there, which means there are chances they may not eat them. But the wild and bobcats that lived on open habitat will definitely prey on them. 

Foxes
They are also considered as the pigeon enemy and predators, as they lived in the same habitat, so there is a chance they may prey on them when they got the chance. 

Snake
The snake can climb up the trees and can get into the pigeon nest, they not only eat pigeons, but they can eat their eggs too. If a snake got a chance to enter into your house (in case if you have open holes), they could eat them by entering within their living place.  They can also eat  Other animals that can prey on pigeons are dogs, rat (they may not kill them but will try to harm them as much as they can).
